What is your return policy?

Due to our product being personalized, our return policy if very strict.  If your product is damaged in shipping or has a spelling error, a replacement will be sent upon proof of error or damage.

Do you offer gift cards?

At this time, we do not offer gift cards.

What are the payment options?

Due to the personalization of this product, payment in full is due prior to production.  An invoice will be sent electronically, and payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.  You may pay by check or credit card.

How do I place an order?

Please contact us through the chat option or send us an email.  Due to the personalization of this product, we will work with you to develop a quote which will include any options you choose and the shipping costs.  Because of the time sensitive nature of this product, the cost will increase as we approach the holiday season.
